History

Aliments La Bourgeoise Inc. was founded in 1992.  Production started with parmesan fondue. Then the range of cheese hors d'oeuvre offered was gradually expanded to include various flavours, shapes, and textures to satisfy the tastes of consumers, retailers, and restaurateurs.
